I have lived in the Mid-Ohio Valley all of my life and look forward to helping you find your new home or help you move to your next.  I live in the Williamstown area with my husband Brent, we have two daughters, Amber who lives in Columbus and Kia Hoops who live in Parkersburg along with her husband Neal Hoops who is a Senior Investment Executive with WesBanco Bank.  My grand-children are Addison Hoops and Carder Hoops.

My name is Lora Knapp.  I have lived in Parkersburg for most of my life. I attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree.  I am married to Jason Knapp, owner and instructor of Shao-lin Martial Arts.  We have two children, Austin, 11 years old, and our daughter Eowyn is 3 years old.   For three years I have been looking for something I enjoy and still working with people.    I became interested in Real Estate a little over a year ago.  My husband and I went through the process of selling a home and purchasing our new home.  During that time our real estate agent suggested I try becoming an agent.  I attended the Spruce School of Real Estate in Charleston.  In August I received my real estate license.   I am very excited to help anyone with purchasing their first home, selling a home, if you want to upsize, downsize, whatever you may need.  I am very fortunate to work with the agents at Select Properties, they have been very helpful.  It has been a great learning experience,  so give me call!!
